Product Comments: I am now a retired preschool teacher and have loved the Ranger Rick age levelled magazines for decades. They are a great educational tool at home and in school. But why is it so difficult to renew? Renewal notices begin arriving way too soon. No renewal confirmation by mail or email. (You have my email address) Renewal web address: www.rangerrick.org/renewme didn't come up. Renewal notices keep arriving after a renewal has been accomplished (lagtime is extensive) Customer service phone number should be readily available everywhere. Your phone and chat customer service agents are very helpful, polite, and friendly

Product Comments: called Customer service and given phone number for Ranger Rick Jr. Somehow I ordered a "digital copy" for my self though the form I checked off was for renewing subscriptions. Was charged for one renewal at $15 on my credit card bill which made me contact the magazine. Finally got it resolved so I am not receiving a digital copy and my 2 grandsons will receive a printed copy in the mail.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Service Comments: I ordered three subscriptions for 3 different kids for Christmas at the beginning of December 2017. No confirmation email was ever received, luckily I took a screen shot of the order. The money was pulled from my account. It is now February and the kids have still not received their first issue and I am still having to follow up .

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Service Comments: Unfortunately, customer service is sadly lacking. I ordered a gift subscription for my grandson. Never got any renewal notices and his subscription ran out. Ordered a new one. Now trying to renew but without a password, can't get in to do it. Emailed Customer Service, was sent the account number but still can't get into website. Tried online chat and that rep said she couldn't help me with this and gave me a phone number. I have renewed subscriptions to two other (totally different) magazines for his sisters and had no trouble at all with just their names and address.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Product Comments: Oliver is excited to read every new issue. That alone says it all. I thought he might lose interest, but he is in his third year of subscription, and he still loves it. This magazine is healthy, fun education. I never have a single reservation about any article. This magazine is all his. He knows it and loves it.

Product Comments: My son loves the pictures and the story with pictures mixed in with words. I love that it sparks good conversations and he retains the information.

Service Comments: Our first subscription was a gift subscription from his grandma. I renewed as did his grandma. While we only receive 1 copy, we have been unable to resolve the issue. We would accept making it 2 years or one refund. Also his grandma continues to get renewal bills even though he has more than 8 months left on his current subscription which is already double paid. Seems like there may be some deceptive practices at worst or very poor subscription records at best.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Q: My granddaughter just started first grade, but can read about anything. She loves nature and I think would love either the Ranger Rick or Ranger Rick Jr. Just not sure which would be best for he. Wish you had examples of pages on your website so that you could compare the content for reading abilities, etc. My son loved his Ranger Ricks and I think this would be great for both of them as he is a single parent and they both are quite nature oriented. Also, they have 2 rescued squirrels they are raising and wondered if a back issue covered squirrels?
