Comments about Shop NWF - D2C for Hummingbird Feeder:

Product Comments: The former hummingbird feeder outside my home office window used to attract hummers regularly. I would see one or two every time I looked out the window, and they went through the feed in about a week. Unfortunately that one broke, and I ordered this from NWF. In the last week, I have seen not a single hummer until this morning, when I finally saw ONE which hovered around the top of the feeder trying to find an opening and never DID discover the tubes at the bottom before flying off. And they can't have been feeding while I wasn't looking, because the feed level hasn't even gone down.

Merchant response: Thank you for taking the time to review this product. We are sorry you were dissatisfied. We do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please call customer service if you would like to return this item for a refund of the purchase price.

Service Comments: Delivery was long overdue though I WAS told there was a backlog or back order. It arrived in perfectly good shape. It just doesn't work!

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
