Product Comments: Other hummer feeders I've had required boiling water, adding sugar to the boiling water, storing overnight in the fridge, and they were impossible to clean. I bought 2 of these a couple of years ago. All I have to do is add sugar, fill the feeder 2/3 full with water, shake 20 seconds, add the rest of the water, and hang. (If I had chlorinated water, I'd have to store the feeder in the fridge overnight, but I don't.) The feeders attract hummers instantly, & they return to the same spot where the feeders have hung to let me know they've arrived for the season. They love the little "pedestals," so that they can rest while they feed. Each feeder is so wide that I can easily clean it. We have constant hummers and have to add new sugar & water frequently. I'm now ordering more of these feeders to attract yet more hummers. This is a terrific product.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Product Comments: The former hummingbird feeder outside my home office window used to attract hummers regularly. I would see one or two every time I looked out the window, and they went through the feed in about a week. Unfortunately that one broke, and I ordered this from NWF. In the last week, I have seen not a single hummer until this morning, when I finally saw ONE which hovered around the top of the feeder trying to find an opening and never DID discover the tubes at the bottom before flying off. And they can't have been feeding while I wasn't looking, because the feed level hasn't even gone down.

Service Comments: Delivery was long overdue though I WAS told there was a backlog or back order. It arrived in perfectly good shape. It just doesn't work!
