Product Comments: I bought two of these door stops. Both have very poor treatment of the seams. Very sloppy workmanship. So bad, I decided to use them high on the bookshelf instead of looking down on them holding the door. On the bookshelf I was able to hide the bad gashes. I'm sure (or at least I hope) that not all these birds are made this way. I was just unlucky.

Service Comments: I was not too happy to have my entire order held up because of items on back order. I sent my order in on Feb 1st and received it March 6th. NWF mailed it on Feb 20th. Fedex turned it over to USPS (BIG MISTAKE!) Held on to it in Kansas City, Kansas for 8 days before they finally delivered it.(Usually a one day hold up) The customer service people at NWF were all very nice, and attentive to my problem. And I realize they were not at fault for what the USPS was pulling. Very frustrating . . . only 4 days until the birthday I needed the items for.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
