How do I place an order?

How do I pay for my order?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Credit Cards.

What are the payment terms?
Payment is due when ordering.

Whom can I call to help me with my order?
If you encounter difficulty placing your order with our online catalog, please call our telephone sales department at (800) 756-3752, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. -8 p.m. Eastern Time, Saturday 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Eastern Time. Otherwise e-mail us and we will contact you in a timely manner.

How long does it take to get my order?
Most in-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 days of receipt of your order. Sometimes items ship separately, but you will not be charged for multiple shipments. If you used a credit card and our item is on backorder, your card will not be charged until the item is shipped. If you choose to ship to multiple recipients, add $5.00 per address.

How many cards and envelopes are in each box?
There are 18 cards and 18 envelopes in each box.

Can I write my own verse for my cards?
No custom verse option is available. All cards come preprinted with verses.

Can I personalize my cards?
You can have your cards personalized with a 2 line imprint of 40 characters per line including spaces and punctuation. Personalization is available in black ink only. The charge for personalizing the first box of 18 is $9.00 and each additional box of 18 is $2.50.

What if I want to have my address imprinted on my envelopes?
Envelopes may be personalized with your name and address (up to 3 lines) in black ink to match your card verse and personalization. The charge for imprinting first box of 18 is $9.00 and each additional box of 18 is $2.50.

Can I have foil stamping on my cards and/or envelopes?
No foil stamping is available.

Can I print my logo on these products?
No logo printing is available on our consumer card collection. Corporate customers can print their logo on one of our corporate cards Please visit www.cardshopnwf.org for more information.

Can I change my order?
We will do our best to make your changes before your order is processed. Because of our fast turnaround time, we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to intercept or change any order once it has reached our plant. It’s crucial that you make sure your order is correct and final before you place it. This will help avoid the process and cost of reprinting. Call (please do not fax) us toll free at (800) 767-3752.

Are you going to automatically send me a proof?
No, if you require a proof, please call Telephone Sales at (800) 756-3752.

If my order does not satisfy my needs, what do I do?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, just call us toll free at (800) 756-3752 or send an e-mail message to customer service. We’ll gladly give you a full refund, credit, or replacement order.

Express Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes.

A dimensional weight fee is assessed on UPS air shipments whenever the weight of the box is not appropriate for the size and/or volume of the box.

Shipping and processing charges are designed to compensate the seller for its shipping costs and help offset the costs for receiving and processing orders, maintaining inventory and related warehousing costs.

You will need to add local sales taxes as applicable. Sales tax may be charged on shipping and handling based upon individual state laws. State and local sales tax is charged on merchandise shipped to the following states. The state sale tax rate is provided:

CA (8.25%), CO (2.90%), DC (5.75%), FL (6.00%), GA (4.00%), IL (6.25%), LA (4.00%), MA (6.25%), MD (6.00%), ME (5.00%), MI (6.00%), NY (4.00%), OK (4.50%), PA (6.00%), SD (4.00%), TX (6.25%), VA (5.00%), VT (6.00%), WA (6.50%), WI (5.00%), WY (4.00%).

Residents of the following states do not need to add sales tax to magazine subscriptions:

CA, FL, IL, MA, ME, MI, NY, OK, PA, TX, VA, WA and WI.

How do I request a catalog?
How do I request a catalog? You can request a catalog online from our catalog request page on the website. Alternatively, e-mail us or call a sales representative at (800) 756-3752 and request a catalog.

How do I remove myself from the mailing list?
If you receive too many catalogs or would like to be removed from our mailing list, we want to know. Please contact us at 1-800-756-3752 and we will gladly make the changes you request to your customer account. Occasionally we make our mailing list available to carefully selected companies. If you prefer not to receive these mailings, please let us know. You can help reduce waste by sharing this catalog with a friend and recycling it when you are finished.
