I have been using the identiflyer in my environmental classes for the past 15 years. It is a great way for my students to learn the calls of birds in their own backyards and makes them more aware of their surroundings. I always start with the frog card and many are suprised to find out that what they thought was birds or insects are actually frogs or toads. They are also suprised to learn that there are frogs/toads in their backyards.
