Christmas card order

I was told that the cards would arrive by December 19th or 20th. However, the arrived on the afternoon of December 22nd. I thought they would come by first class mail since I was charged 12.95 for shipping but they came by parcel post!
The bottom line is we did not send out Xmas cards this year. NWF should have their people give the correct information to people and not cause problems...

It is such a pretty picture, and the inscription was nice- but I was very disappointed by the quality of the card stock. It feels cheap and flimsy, and the picture is much more matte than it appears to be in the cataloge. If I had to do it again, I would not.
