Comments about Shop NWF - D2C for Lone Wolf Jacket:

Product Comments: This was a gift for my mom. She liked the fit other than the arms. The sleeves had to be rolled up because they were so long. She still really liked it though. She thought it was warm and comfortable.

Strange mix of materials

Comments about Shop NWF - D2C for Lone Wolf Jacket:

Product Comments: Wonderful that they use recycled materials, great for our planet and wildlife. Unfortunately the jacket is an uncomfortable mix of fabric. Not cozy, but almost a sleek type feel. I was almost expecting it to "squeak " if one part touched another. Perhaps if washed and worn several times it might feel more wearable. I didn't keep. Too much money for something I felt i didn't want to wear. I returned it.

Comments about Shop NWF - D2C for Lone Wolf Jacket:

Product Comments: I gave this to my husband as a Christmas gift and he loved it. He normally wears an XL - I ordered a 2 XL so that it would be roomy for him. He appreciated the warmth and softness of the fabric and loved the color and design.

Service Comments: I was sent the wrong size initially. I called and was told that they would send the correct size by express so that I would have it for Christmas - it came with time to spare! Thank you!

Comments about Shop NWF - D2C for Lone Wolf Jacket:

Product Comments: I was skeptical to buy this jacket after reading the negative reviews, but I am so glad I did. This is a really nice, rugged and durable jacket. It is so thick, warm & well-made, I love it! I can't believe the low price, because of the quality, it should be double the price (please don't, nwf!) The only caution I would give is the sizes are off. I normally fit into a large or ex-large, and the medium is a little to big. I am going to reorder a second, and I am going to order a small. And I am definitely not small! As far as a bad smell, my jacket does not have any smell. It smells like a jacket should.

Comments about Shop NWF - D2C for Lone Wolf Jacket:

Product Comments: This product seemed to be in high demand this Christmas 2013. It would have been nice to have your company order more because I called and tried several times, since Christmas to order more and your customer service told me that there would be no other jackets coming in. For that, I am disappointed. The jacket is very warm, however, also very stiff. I am going to get it washed/dry cleaned and see how the fabric is after that.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Comments about Shop NWF - D2C for Lone Wolf Jacket:

Product Comments: This item was a gift so I hate to post too many negative comments about it, because I am sure it was bought with wonderful intentions. However, the jacket looks and smells like something you would find at an inexpensive box retail Store. The size ordered was a Large but the item looks more like an XXL and has very little shape to it. I was sadly disappointed with this product.

Comments about Shop NWF - D2C for Lone Wolf Jacket:

Product Comments: I purchased this jacket as a gift for my grandson. Had it delivered to my home. The first impression of the jacket is not good. It has a very strong chemical smell, and the fabric has a stiff, almost greasy feel. I liked the potential of the jacket, so I laundered it before gifting it, and the fabric became soft and flexible, and the offensive smell was almost gone. I then hung it outside to air, and the issues seem to have been righted. If I were to have sent this directly to my grandson as a gift, I would have been very disappointed. I have never before laundered a gift before giving it. Were these issues caused by it being made of recycled materials?

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
